Reza holds formal qualifications in Accounting and Finance from a leading Australian university, equipping him with a strong analytical foundation and financial discipline. This academic background, combined with years of corporate experience, enabled him to understand complex business environments and develop effective, scalable solutions for a wide range of clients.
In 2012, he launched his first venture—an accounting and financial services firm—delivering tailored solutions to business and professional clients. His sharp understanding of financial systems, coupled with a passion for innovation, laid the groundwork for the creation of RKD GROUP.Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, RKD GROUP now operates across Australia, India, and Bangladesh, with a diversified portfolio in accounting, real estate, residential construction, land development, and luxury retail. Under Reza’s leadership, the GROUP’s real estate division, operating as PRD Ingleburn, manages a growing portfolio of more than 250 residential and commercial properties, offering comprehensive sales and property management solutions.
From founding multiple successful companies to launching luxury retail concepts and delivering over 100 homes through the GROUP’s construction arm, Reza Karim continues to lead with a mindset rooted in resilience, calculated risk-taking, and long-term value creation.
