RKD GROUP began its journey in 2012 with the establishment of its first business, RNO Financial, an accounting firm based in Sydney, Australia. Founded to deliver expert financial guidance, RNO Financial provides complex accounting, tax, and business advisory services tailored to the needs of business and professional clients.
With a portfolio of over 250 active clients, the firm has built a strong reputation for professionalism, accuracy, and strategic insight. Today, RNO Financial remains a cornerstone of RKD GROUP’s operations, supporting a diverse client base with integrity, compliance, and long-term financial planning.
PRD Ingleburn: Strategic Expansion
In 2016, RKD GROUP expanded into the real estate sector by launching its own franchise, PRD Ingleburn, under the respected Australian network, PRD Real Estate. PRD Ingleburn offers a full suite of real estate services, including residential sales, property management, and investment consulting.
With a portfolio of over 200 properties under management, the franchise has built a strong reputation for reliability, market expertise, and exceptional client service. Founded in 2017 as part of RKD GROUP, Divine Homes marked the GROUP’s expansion into the residential construction sector. Based in New South Wales, Australia, the company has delivered over 100 homes, catering primarily to first-home buyers and investors seeking affordable yet modern housing solutions.

In 2023, RKD GROUP made its debut in the luxury retail sector with the launch of its first luxury multi-designer store, The Mahal, in Sydney, Australia.
